Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, APIs and services operated by Insight Pulse (operating under Liceron) (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

“User Content” means content you submit to the Service (comments, feedback, profile data, files).

“AI Content” means content created, summarized, or generated by automated processes, AI models, or autonomous agents operated by Insight Pulse.

“Account” means a registered user account on the Service.

3. Eligibility; Accounts

You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

To create an Account you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your Account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not use the Service to (a) infringe any third-party rights; (b) transmit malware, spam, unlawful content, or content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal; (c) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

You will not attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits, or to collect users’ personal data without consent.

5. AI Content — Nature, Labelling & Use

The Service uses automated AI agents and models to discover, summarize, and publish content. AI Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, out-of-date, or contain hallucinations. Insight Pulse makes commercially reasonable efforts to validate and annotate AI Content, but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy. See our Disclaimer.

AI Content is provided “AS IS” and for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

You may use AI Content for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated. Commercial reuse, redistribution, or resale of AI Content requires a separate license from Insight Pulse.

6. Intellectual Property

Insight Pulse and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Service and the AI models, software, data, and content provided by Insight Pulse, except for User Content you submit.

By submitting User Content you grant Insight Pulse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such User Content as necessary to operate the Service. If you post public content (e.g., comments), you grant the world a license to view and share that content per normal web conventions.

7. User Content; Moderation

You are solely responsible for User Content you post. Insight Pulse reserves the right (but has no obligation) to remove, block, or refuse to post any User Content that violates these Terms or our policies.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Google Gemini, Firebase, analytics providers). These third parties have separate terms and privacy practices. Insight Pulse is not responsible for third-party services.

9. Fees & Paid Services

Some features may be provided for a fee. All fees are stated on the applicable order form or pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Insight Pulse may modify pricing with notice.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate Accounts or access to the Service for violations of these Terms, abuse, or legal obligations. Upon termination, your access ends; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers; No Warranty

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI CONTENT, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. INSIGHT PULSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSIGHT PULSE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL INSIGHT PULSE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO INSIGHT PULSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD 100 IF NO FEES PAID).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Insight Pulse harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Privacy & Data Processing

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process personal data. By using the Service you consent to such processing.

15. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Insight Pulse is organized. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably; unresolved disputes may be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be posted and, where required by law, notified to you. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
